I want my dentist to be a perfectionist because... well, I want my teeth to be perfect.

I have never seen a dentist nail dentistry like Dr. Makassebi. If she worked at NASA, there would never have been any disasters as she triple-checks everything and makes sure that everything, every bite, is formed perfectly to your dimensions. She should have been a neurosurgeon.

The dental assistants are also awesome.

My employer dumped my COBRA dental insurance so I have to go to some second-rate dentist but as soon as I am full-time again with benefits I am rushing back.

Bonus: She is also fun btw so be sure to interact with her if you can because she is very cool and open and you can talk to her about anything.

I love Dr. Mak, she's the best dentist I've ever had. She's really kind and always listens to my concerns and shows care, which is hard to find sometimes. She's a total perfectionist and will want to make sure she gets things done just right. Dr. Mak is also a very honest dentist. I never feel like she's pushing treatments on me, in fact she will take time to consider if there's a way to take care of my teeth without forcing something extreme like crowns, etc. Lastly she always works with my insurance to make sure she includes all the notes and improve chances for claims to be processed correctly and be accepted. I've been going to her for years, across a number of jobs, and insurances. She's also recommended me to great specialists when I needed oral surgery and even offered support to me in between to make sure I found the right surgeon to work with. Oh, and she also has beautiful hair! That one is less relevant as a dentist, but it's still noteworthy.

I've been seeing Dr. Makassebi for almost a decade now! She truly cares about her patients as well as their wallets. Most importantly of all, she has never recommended anything I didn't truly need to have done. I can't recommend her highly enough!
